Shipping & Delivery
We ship to both domestic and international locations. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday). If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact dates. If the carrier fails to deliver on time, we will refund the shipping fees. Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date or offer alternative options. In the case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim. We’re here to help with any shipping concerns!
